If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.

Bijou Phillips, Mackenzie Phillips' half-Scientolosister, showed up to the jail in Van Nuys this afternoon to post her sister's $10,000 bail. As we first reported, Bijou tried to do that yesterday but Mac was having none of it -- telling Bijou she preferred staying behind bars.
Guess a night in the pokey changed her mind.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the police report written after Mackenzie Phillips' arrest. The sad headline ... when Phillips was strip-searched, an officer noticed track marks on both her arms and asked if she was a diabetic. According to the report, Phillips responded, "No, I am healthy except for my drug problem."

The doc details what TMZ reported earlier today. When Phillips was stopped at the screening station at LAX, she "was continually moving" as TSA employees searched around her pelvic area. Phillips then sat down as the search continued, and, according to the report, "a plastic bag containing an [unknown] white substance later identified and tested...positive for cocaine fell down her right pant leg."
Cops then found heroin and other paraphernalia, when "Phillips then spontaneously said "I'm holding" -- slang for saying she has drugs.

Quinton "Rampage" Jackson is refusing to back down from the law over that whole insane monster truck chase -- despite all the cops, the pictures and the witnesses.
The UFC champ just pleaded not guilty to felony counts of evading police, hit-and-run and reckless driving. Rampage was busted back in July after barreling down an O.C. freeway in a monster truck (with his photo on the side), hitting two cars and terrorizing pedestrians in the process.
Bail was posted with $25K bond. He could face three years in prison if convicted, and he'll be back November 3.

TMZ has obtained photos of evidence seized in Mackenzie Phillips drug bust.

The photos show three balloons and three small Ziplock bags which cops say contained heroin and cocaine. There is also a pic of 34 syringes, her mugshot and her driver's license.
And we have more details on the arrest. We're told when Mackenzie went through the metal detector, the alarm went off because of a metal object. The TSA initially did not suspect drugs. TSA employees then began to pat her down -- which is routine -- and she became uncooperative. They asked her to sit, and that's when we're told the balloons and baggies fell from her waistband through her pant leg and onto the floor.
At that point, MacKenzie knew she was caught and said so to folks at TSA.

When The Game said goodbye to a relative at a funeral, he may also have kissed his own ass goodbye.
We've learned the Hawthorne City Attorney has charged The Game with criminal battery for allegedly punching a cousin at a family funeral. The tiff was over money, and the relative called the cops and made a citizen's arrest before the body was buried.
And it gets worse for Mr. Game. He's currently on probation for a firearms offense, and if he's convicted of battery a judge could violate that probation and throw his butt in the pokey.

When a cop tells you to move, you probably should move.

Instead, the man in this video -- an ABC News producer in Denver for the convention -- told the officer, "Hold on." Not a smart move.
The cop didn't take too kindly to that and took it upon himself to move the producer himself. After the cop pushed him into the street, he then told the producer, Asa Eslocker, he was blocking traffic. According to ABC News, things eventually got heated and Eslocker was arrested and charged with trespass, interference and failure to follow a lawful order.

Suge Knight has been busted again, this time for allegedly terrorizing and attacking his girlfriend.
The former rap impresario was busted by Las Vegas cops for assault with a deadly weapon, possession of controlled substances and domestic violence.
Law enforcement tells us Suge allegedly attacked his girlfriend of three years early this morning. She claims he punched her in the back of the head while they were driving. The car struck the curb and stopped. She fled from the car and Suge allegedly chased her, caught her and that's when the cops came.
Cops say they saw Suge kick the woman in the head and was wielding a knife in his hand.

This what you get for workin' with the Duff sisters.

Stifle your snickering -- the lawsuit alleges Madge, her manager Guy Oseary, and Maverick Motion Pictures took over $400K in loans from Jay Dykes, Jr., and his company, Dykes and Dykes, L.L.C., to make the 2006 flick "Material Girls". (It starred Hilary and Haylie Duff and no, we didn't see it either.) According to the suit, filed in Louisiana, they stiffed the Dykes.
To add insult to alleged thievery, Dykes claims he never got the co-producer credit he supposedly bought with the loan.
Madonna's rep didn't immediately return our call for comment about the loan and why the Duffs were cast.
