92. They should sue for money because Brandy should have to feel the same pain that the family felt, only in her wallet. Afterall, it is wrong to kill someone , even if its accidental, If the family wanted to get even , they could have taken the money used for filing and found a pretty good hitman.I would hope if they did it wouldnt be the same guy who did such a bang em up job on Fitty Scent!

OMG, this is insane...I feel terrible for the family that lost a life but accidents happen...I am sure everyone involved is devastated but suing for $50 mIllion dollars...I totally see a sue happy situation here...And only because randy is a celebrity they are going to try and get all they can...I feel that a fair settlement is deserved, but the amount is outrageous! No oridinary person would sue another ordinary person for that amount...To me, It's not right!

95. Well lets do the math her current auto coverage is only $1,000,000 per accident she is not covered under and umbrella policy so she will have to pay the family $40,000,000 out of her own pocket. I hope she's got that saved up some where.

96. $50 Million?....how disgusting!!!!!! Yes it's sad that someone was killed in this ACCIDENT but to try and get grossly rich off of it is just evil. 99. The sum of $50 million!!!!! Whether or not they will collect all is ridiculous. You mean to tell me this woman was worth ONLY $50 million to you. Ppl are priceless, the most and more sensible would have been to have Brandy pay for all things linked to that accident, and nothing more.

I believe dignity has left the room, and we're pricing ppl to benefit ourselves. And, yes, honestly, I would only ask for the costs of the damages to be paid, including funeral et. al. $50 million doesn't even come close to how much loved ones mean to me. How greedy, and how unfortunate.

More regard to the deceased please. As always, both parties are in my prayers.

100. This Arabs womans family is so stupid to try and sue for 50 million. This sh*t will be in court for years and like the attorney guy said they will be lucky to get 1/10 tenth. 101. Didn't take too long for the family to be dazzled by dollars. I'm not making light of their loss, but come on. Would they even consider such a hefty suit if Brandy (or any other star for that matter) wasn't the defendent? I don't think Brandy deserves special treatment because of who she is, but she doesn't deserve to be singled out for excessive lawsuits because of who she is, either.

It's ok to forget to do the laundry, it's not ok to "forget" to feed your children. And just because he was suspended for 2 days doesn't mean he was only 2 days late paying. Give me a break, if the California Bar thought it was serious enough to suspend him, who are you to equate it to doing your laundry. I think people should take responsibility for their actions...that's why his clients are suing Brandy. I just think it's people like him that give the legal profession a bad name.
